My Hotel Rome facilities

My Hotel does not have its own reception and shares all common facilities with Hotel Des Artistes next door, where you should also go for check-in on the day of your arrival in Rome. Ideal for leisure and business travellers looking for a central location at a reasonable price, My Hotel provides accommodation in a cheerful environment.

The hotel's front desk (next door) is open 24 hours and the hotel's knowledgeable staff are on hand with local information and tour advice. The corridors are monitored by closed-circuit TV.

Before setting out to explore the city, guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet, served in the bar area of Hotel Des Artistes or, in warmer weather, on our orange-tree dotted roof top terrace - also an excellent place to rel ax, take drinks and enjoy the sun.

At My Hotel, you can check-in around the clock but rooms are usually not ready before 2 pm. If you arrive before that, you can check-in and store your luggage for the day. We also offer express check-in, you will be informed accordingly once you have made reservations. Please note that check-in is at our reception in Hotel Des Artistes next door. Complimentary luggage storage is also available on the day of check-out and even overnight (on request).

Computers with complimentary high speed internet are also located in the lounge area, which also offers refreshments, a small library with books that can be exchanged or borrowed and a number of fun board games.

Guests arriving by car can park free of charge on the street outside the hotel on weekday nights and all weekend, or will find secure parking in a nearby garage at a small discounted fee for My Hotel guests.

For the moment, My Hotel does not have the facilities adapt for persons with disabilities that require the use of a wheelchair. However, we do hope to be able to offer this service in the near future and will post developments on this web site.
